HOUSTON – Texas is planning to increase the minimum required age to buy cigarettes legally from 18 to 21, according to Senator Carlos Uresti.
That would make it the highest age limit of the United States and would reduce Texas tax revenue with $US40 billion.
Uresti is convinced however...
