(NDJ) – The New Jersey towns of Moonachie, Little Ferry and Carlstadt got completely flooded after a dike gave way under the pressure of the water pushed forward by monster storm Sandy.
Police Chief of Little Ferry said there are no casualties but in some places water stands over 5 feet...
