Taliban Decapitates 12 Year Old Boy
KABUL – Radical Taliban fighters in Afghanistan decapitated a 12 year old boy in Panjwaye in the province of Kandahar. Authorities believe the gruesome murder was for revenge.
The boy was kidnapped two days prior to being beheaded.
