Prisoner with 'Low IQ' Executed In Texas
HOUSTON A Texas prisoner, believed to have a less than average IQ, who was convicted of killing a police informant, has been executed in Texas.
Marvin Wilson, 54, was pronounced dead at 6.27pm local time, 14 minutes after his lethal injection began at the state prison in Huntsville, Texas....
