9 Yr Old Terrorizes Toddlers - VIDEO
Security cameras at a daycare center in Mississippi captured disturbing images of a nine year old boy mistreating toddlers.
The boy mistreated five toddlers, beating, kicking and biting them. The youngest was barely one year old.
The young lad was slick enough to strike whenever caregivers...
